• Prices are on Ex-Godown Basis Lahore & against 100% advance payment.
• Prices are excluding all types of Government Taxes like GST, WHT, etc.
• Prices for items are subject to reconfirmation before the issuance of the Purchase Order.
• Prices are excluding all types of Delivery, Local Freight & Handling Charges.
• Food & Accommodation for labor is the client’s responsibility.
• All civil work will be managed by your side; it is not our responsibility.
• We need a 150×150 feet working space for our labor to operate effectively.
• Please provide us with two Trolley 6-10kg extinguishers for our labor’s use in any emergency.
• Issue 30-day working gate passes for our labor to ensure easy access without any delays on your premises.
• Once the material is manufactured, provide at least four days’ notice before pipe assembly and hanging so you can adjust your schedules accordingly.
• Work should not be interrupted from your side while our team is assembling to avoid daily cost impacts and ensure timely project completion.
• Scaffolding must be provided by your team for us to hang pipes inside the building. Client’s responsibility.
• If you need changes or additions, please inform us beforehand so arrangements can be made at the site and in quotations.
• Barricading moveable caution stands as per NFPA standards will be placed near labor work areas to ensure the safety of factory personnel and prevent accidents.
• Please provide an electricity point at the designated location for our labor team.
• A list of our fire safety labor personnel and their ID cards will be sent to you for gate pass issuance for 30 days.
• Our team will bring all equipment required to complete the project, except scaffolding, which will be arranged by the client.
• The setup location for unloading material, pipes, and lot items should be within 150×150 feet of the designated labor work area for easy access for manufacturing, assembling, painting, tooling, threading, tagging, welding, etc.
• Labor will work from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• All labor will wear green safety vests and yellow helmets during work.
• Additional labor charges will apply for any changes or additions, which will be included in the final payment.
• Project working duration will be decided After reviewing the site situation.
• Paint & Tagging will be done before pipe hanging.
• The Labor Charges P.O will be made in the name of “Silver String Chemicals.”
• No extra work outside the quoted scope will be tolerated.

At SILVER STRING CHEMICALS, we provide complete fire fighting labor and installation services across Pakistan. Our team strictly follows NFPA standards and Pakistan Building Code Part-IV for hydrant, sprinkler, and fire protection system installations. To maintain professional transparency and project integrity, we work under clearly defined terms and conditions.

Our prices are offered on Ex-Godown Basis Lahore and require 100% advance payment. All quotations are exclusive of government taxes such as GST, WHT, and do not include delivery, local freight, or material handling charges. Prices must be reconfirmed before issuing a purchase order.

Clients are required to manage civil work, scaffolding, food, and accommodation for our labor. We need a 150×150 feet working area to ensure smooth operations. Additionally, we request two 6–10 kg fire extinguishers, a reliable electricity point, and 30-day gate passes for uninterrupted access to the site.

Once the materials are ready, a minimum four-day notice must be provided prior to the start of pipe assembly and hanging. Paint and tagging will be completed before pipe hanging. Any delays caused by the client may affect the project timeline and cost. All labor wears green safety vests and yellow helmets, working from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

We provide all tools and machinery needed, except for scaffolding. The unloading area should be within 150×150 feet of the main labor area to support tasks like cutting, welding, threading, painting, and assembly. A list of our skilled fire safety laborers, along with their ID cards, will be sent to your team in advance for gate pass issuance.

Any change or addition to the scope of work must be informed in advance to allow proper planning and revised quotations. Additional labor charges will be applied accordingly and reflected in the final invoice. All terms ensure safety and project efficiency in hydrant and sprinkler installations.

The labor purchase order (P.O.) must be issued in the name of SILVER STRING CHEMICALS. No additional work beyond the agreed scope will be entertained.
