• SSC TERMS & CONDITIONS
• Prices are on Ex-Godown Basis Lahore & against 100% advance payment.
• Prices are excluding all types of Government Taxes like GST, WHT, etc.
• Prices for items are subject to reconfirmation before the issuance of the Purchase Order.
• Prices are excluding all types of Delivery, Local Freight & Handling Charges.
• Food & Accommodation for labor is the client’s responsibility.
• All civil work will be managed by your side; it is not our responsibility.
• We need a 150×150 feet working space for our labor to operate effectively.
• Please provide us with two Trolley 6-10kg extinguishers for our labor’s use in any emergency.
• Issue 30-day working gate passes for our labor to ensure easy access without any delays on your premises.
• Once the material is manufactured, provide at least four days’ notice before pipe assembly and hanging so you can adjust your schedules accordingly.
• Work should not be interrupted from your side while our team is assembling to avoid daily cost impacts and ensure timely project completion.
• Scaffolding must be provided by your team for us to hang pipes inside the building. Client’s responsibility.
• If you need changes or additions, please inform us beforehand so arrangements can be made at the site and in quotations.
• Barricading moveable caution stands as per NFPA standards will be placed near labor work areas to ensure the safety of factory personnel and prevent accidents.
• Please provide an electricity point at the designated location for our labor team.
• A list of our fire safety labor personnel and their ID cards will be sent to you for gate pass issuance for 30 days.
• Our team will bring all equipment required to complete the project, except scaffolding, which will be arranged by the client.
• The setup location for unloading material, pipes, and lot items should be within 150×150 feet of the designated labor work area for easy access for manufacturing, assembling, painting, tooling, threading, tagging, welding, etc.
• Labor will work from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• All labor will wear green safety vests and yellow helmets during work.
• Additional labor charges will apply for any changes or additions, which will be included in the final payment.
• Project working duration will be decided After reviewing the site situation.
• Paint & Tagging will be done before pipe hanging.
• The Labor Charges P.O will be made in the name of “Silver String Chemicals.”
• No extra work outside the quoted scope will be tolerated.

Silver String Chemicals – Project Execution Terms & On-Site Policies

To ensure clear communication and seamless operations during fire safety or industrial setup projects, Silver String Chemicals (SSC) outlines the following terms and conditions applicable to all clients across Pakistan.

All quoted prices are on an Ex-Godown Lahore basis and require 100% advance payment prior to material dispatch. Prices are exclusive of GST, WHT, and all other government taxes. They also exclude local delivery, freight, and handling charges. Before finalizing the Purchase Order, SSC recommends price reconfirmation due to potential fluctuations.

Clients are fully responsible for civil work related to the site. This includes scaffolding for pipe hanging, food and accommodation for SSC labor, and the provision of a designated electricity point. A 150×150 feet working area is mandatory for labor to perform safe and efficient operations such as manufacturing, painting, tagging, threading, and welding.

To support safety and emergency readiness, clients must provide two trolley-type extinguishers (6–10kg) for labor use. Gate passes valid for 30 working days must be issued in advance to avoid any entry delays. A complete list of SSC labor with ID details will be sent for this purpose.

SSC labor will be on-site from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., wearing green safety vests and yellow helmets in compliance with workplace safety standards. Paint and tagging will be completed before pipe hanging begins. It is essential that work is not interrupted from the client’s side during installation, as this could lead to additional daily costs and project delays.

If the client requests changes or additions, SSC must be informed in advance so adjustments can be made in both planning and quotation. Additional labor charges, if any, will be reflected in the final invoice. No work outside the quoted scope will be entertained without prior agreement.

For on-site safety, SSC will place barricading caution stands according to NFPA standards near labor working zones to protect factory personnel and reduce risks. The unloading area for material and pipes must be within 150×150 feet of the operational zone to allow easy access for tools and assembly.

Once material manufacturing is completed, clients must provide at least four days’ notice before starting pipe assembly. Project duration will be decided after reviewing the site conditions to ensure feasibility and accuracy in labor estimation.

All labor charges P.O.s must be made in the name of “Silver String Chemicals”.
